Research reports & licensing
Published reports, benchmarks and data are DataThick's intellectual property. A standard report license (see Pricing) grants the specific reproduction and citation rights described in that license — it does not transfer ownership or grant redistribution rights beyond what's stated.
Research panel participation
Respondents who join the research panel participate on a voluntary, consent-based basis. Production terms should describe compensation (if any), how responses are used, retention periods and how a respondent can withdraw.
Sponsorship & sponsored content
Sponsored content and report sponsorships are disclosed as such. Sponsorship does not grant editorial control over research findings or methodology.
No warranty
Research findings reflect the stated methodology and sample at the time of publication. DataThick does not warrant that findings predict future outcomes and disclaims liability for decisions made based on published research, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Production deployment should include a clear changelog and notice process for material changes.
